3 bedroom 3 bath, at least 2000 sf, single family home on the water, preferably direct beachfront up to $250,000.
Sometimes I just do not know what to tell them anymore. Here in the south beaches of Pinellas we are already back to 2003 prices. We have seen price drops of 30%, 40% up to 50%

1. What is the address of the condo?
2. Do you have to cross a road to get to the beach?
3. The condo is on what floor? What is the view from the condo?
4. What are the monthly HOA/Condo fees? Are there any current/anticpated capital fees/contributions?
5. What year was the Condo consturcted?
6. How many banks own or have a ownership claim to the Condo?
7. Have all the banks involved agreed to sell the condo unit you referenced on the website?
8. Is/are the Bank(s) interested in selling and how quickly can the Bank (s) respond to legimate offers?
9. Are any of the condo units rented? If so, What is the average monthly rent?
10. Does the condo owner have a guarantee boat slip and what is the cost of a boast slip adjacent to the condo?
