My wife and I are interested in deals in the Treasure Island area.  At this time, we are going to rent for the month of Jan 2010, but if we can find the right property at the right price, we are interested. Are there any short sales or condos in the 50 - 100K range in this area?  We already have a lake house at Lake of the Ozarks, so trying to justify another one in Florida.  But again, the right one, at the right price, could push us over the edge.
