On pins and needles, Short Sale, in foreclosure and government bail out.

Is your home or condo listed right now, is it a short sale? Are you in foreclosure?

Are you one of all the people that can not make their mortgage payments in the near future?

Are you afraid of loosing your home or condo?

Has the bank already contacted you about mortgage and loan payments?

If you are in foreclosure or in a short sales situation or know that you won't be able to make your mortgage payments much longer, you need to sit in front of the TV for the next few days and watch very closely what the government bail out package is all about and what it will do. As of today, nobody knows what it is and what impact it will have, but one thing is sure, It will have an impact. Good or Bad for you? That is the million dollar question.

Educate yourself, talk to your bank about it, call your Realtor, and get all the info you can. This is a very important time for you.

Hi Anne

Thanks for commenting on my blog about what types of posts get comments.

You post above and the one below are the types of posts that "say it all". They are very informative and as such don't ask much of the reader to contribute. These posts get lots of readers but few comments.

One way to get comments is to leave out some of the information and inevitably your readers will fill it in for you!

I don't think that the success of a post should be based soley on the number of comments. We should also consider the quality of the content and your last two posts surely meet that test!
