I want to buy property in St. Petersburg Tampabay.

Real Estate is all about Location, Location and Location, we have heard this a million times and it is so true. I get e mails and phone calls all the time, saying "We want to buy in St. Petersburg or Pinellas County or Tampabay." Real Estate is a very local market and it is separated into small areas. By small areas I mean a few squre miles, maybe one or two sometimes even less. Pinellas county has about 608 square miles.  280 square miles of it is land and 328 square miles of it is water. Here is a list of communities that I know of and I might have missed one or two. Town of Belleair,  City of Belleair Bluffs, Town of Belleair Shore, City of Clearwater, City of Dunedin, City of Gulfport, City of Indian Rocks Beach, Town of Indian Shores, Town of Kenneth City, City of Largo, City of Madeira Beach, Town of North Redington Beach, City of Oldsmar, City of Pinellas Park, Town of Redington Beach, Town of Redington Shores, City of Safety Harbor, City of Seminole, City of South Pasadena, City of St. Pete Beach, City of St. Petersburg, City of Tarpon Springs, City of Treasure Island, Bay Pines, , Gandy, Harbor Bluffs, Palm Harbor, Ridgecrest, South Highpoint , Tierra Verde, West and East Lealman. I think I just made my point very clear, Pinellas County is big, Tampabay is even bigger. We have so many different cities and towns and I am not even listing all the different neighborhoods. You need to talk to someone that knows the area and can help you find just the right location.

Hi Anne, I know what you mean about our business being local. Unless a buyer has it narrowed down to a neighborhood of a few square miles, it is difficult to help them other than to become a tour guide. Hope all is well.
