Philthy Phil's (do not ask me what's up with the name, I have no idea!) is a place for regular people with regular food and regular prices. Saint Pete beach Blind Pass waterwayThe n menu isn't too exciting, but hey we can not eat caviar every day (I wish I could) Anyway, this bar /  restaurant is right on St. Pete beach overlooking Blind Pass. I don't think it sounds appetizing.....great scenery. We have a plain sort of diner hear called The Rusty Skillet...ewwwww.

Georgian, Sally,  the location is just great, but why on earth would you name a place Philthy Phil's?

we have another one that just closed, it's name was Sloppy Pelican. . . beats me.

Anne~ What a crazy name- I guess it is easy to remember, but I wouldn't think I would eat there!  The location looks great though, maybe I would just go there for a drink- you know something in a can or a bottle...  like a coke and a smile :)
