I really like Vito's and Michaels in St. Pete beach on the west site of Blind Pass road. It is not a big place and it doesn't look like much from the outside, but their Pizza is awesome and they are open late and serve food till about 2 pm.
Gigi's on the corner of 46 Ave and Gulf Blvd is also a good choice, but the kind of close early.

Hi Anne, my husband and I are on vacation at St. Pete Beach right now. He googled pizza and your blog came up. We went to Vitos and Michael's tonight and it was delicious! Good salad and pizza! We'd go back if it was a little closer to Ohio!
