Over the last few months here in St. Petersburg Tampabay it seemed that the new Short Sales and Foreclosure listings are getting less. With the higher gas prices and the cost of living going up by the day I wonder if this will change again. I have talked to a lot of home owners that have homes which are upside down and a lot of them have a hard time making their mortgage payment but they do everything they can to stay in the house and pay their loan every month. Their savings are gone, their credit cards are maxed out, how much longer can these homeowners hang in there?
