I agree with Fred, Tierra Verde is a beautiful area. Can't believe nobody has bought this one yet - waterfront townhome in Tierra Verde for under $400,000.
Anne - great looking listing! BTW, if you are looking for anything German, from Weihnachtsgeback to brot, wurst, usw check out Schiller's Deli on El Prado in south Tampa (just off of Manhattan Ave). I grew up near there and my parents were regulars. I was over there today, shopping for the Holidays. Marzipan, Lebkuchen - they have it all!
