Closed Short Sales, Pre foreclosure and bank owned properties in Madeira Beach and Redington
"Short Sales are a disaster and they never close" I hear this a lot from people that look for properties here in our Madeira Beach, Redington area. I admit, Short Sales or pre foreclosure properties are a different ball game and it can be a long way to closing BUT it can be done. If you are a buyer or a seller, the most important thing is to find a Realtor that has experience in Short Sales. Below is a list of distressed properties along Madeira beach and Redington that HAVE sold this year already.
