If you are single or have children and animals, Tierra Verde has something for everybody. no matter where you go. Also, we have many restaurants that you can dock your boat and hang out for couple of cocktails and food. Everyone here calls it PARADISE ISLAND and truly is. Tierra Verde has a wide bracket of different people and income ranges. It's affordable, you can get a nice condo for under $200,000, town homes start about $250,000 or spend some more money and buy yourself a little estate on the island. 5 minutes from other stores, close to schools, churches, literally next to Eckerd College, close to Stetson law college, Tropicana stadium, downtown St. Pete, which is another shopping and restaurants as well, beaches, theatres, plays, museums, interstate 275, 25 minutes away from Tampa airport. It can't get any better. Now right over the bridge there is another island called Isla Del Sol, which has many condo's, another shopping center with a Japanese restaurants, boutique shops, closet company for custom made closets in your home, Golf courses and County Club, etc.... When you look out you see Skyway bridge, you look the other way you see Gulfport which is on bodies of water. This is why we really also call it HEAVEN!!!!!! When you come home to Tierra Verde, look at the beauty that takes your breath away and you shake your head and say to yourself it might have been a bad day but look what I am looking at. My friend Debra helped me with the post, she lives on Tierra Verde and has a dry cleaner store in one of the Shopping centers and believe me, she will never leave Tierra Verde.

Should I offer 20% less on a property that I like?
This project has been in the making for years and I personally do not think that they will get it off the ground anytime soon. The site is beautiful, it overlooks Shell Island and west onto the Gulf of Mexico, the location is awesome, but the timing is just so wrong.
