Here are just a few of the common answers.

Seminole Isle is a gated community and I like the security of it.

I love the grand entrance; make me feel that I live in a very special place.

I love the grounds, all the tropical landscaping and the water gives me a very relaxed and easy feeling.

Once I get home from work I do not have to leave anymore. Here in Seminole Isle I can go fishing of the dock or take my canoe out or stroll along the walkway and watch the birds and fish. I can go to the gym and work out or play a round of tennis with me neighbors or just relax by the fabulous pool and catch some sun.

Among other things, the location sold me on Seminole Isle. It is very private and tugged back but yet it is just around the corner from 3 major streets that get me everywhere in minutes.

I love the closeness to the beaches and the city of Seminole has so much to offer.

It was important to find a place that I liked, that was new but it also had to be in a very good school district.  Seminole Isle offers all of this.

Well, I love my two dogs and not many places accept pets. Seminole Isle was all I ever wanted AND I could bring my beloved pets.

Do not get me wrong, Seminole isle is a beautiful place to live but my motivation was the price. Where else can you get this much for your money?

I saw the models a few years ago and I instantly fell in love. Unfortunately it was a lot of money at the time. Now that prices have come down so much, I just had to grab my chance and buy a unit in Seminole Isle.

Because you really really want this unit. You have been looking for over 6 months, you are running out of time and this is the deal of the century.  I know for a lot of people it sounds like I am out of my mind, why would you offer more than asking price in this kind of market?

Unit was advertised for $208,000 bank owned. It was listed around 9 am in the morning, I saw it by 10 am, called my buyer we looked at it by 11 am and made an offer for $225,000 at noon and we got the property.   You still think I am insane but you have to know that the current market value for this property was around $300,000 it had sold for nearly $500,000 4 years ago and that we only got the offer because we were the first ones to make an offer and we added and addendum to the contract that said all other offers will be treated as back up offers only.  Over the next few hours they got about 10 other offers and 3 of them were higher than ours.One came in at $260,000. A week after we closed the same unit, one floor below sold for $295,000.

It can be cats or dogs or a combination. In addition to that you can have pets like birds and fish or other small animals that stay permanently inside the unit. So, Yes, Seminole Isle is one of the few pet friendly communities here in Pinellas county. To my knowledge there is no weight limit at this time. Come to Seminole and check out this gated community. There are a lot of things you need to know before you sign the real estate contract. Seminole Isle is a newer waterfront community consisting of 180 condos and 90 town houses. The one question I get all the time is about rental restrictions. The Seminole Isle Master association document state that you can rent your condo or town house, but that the lease agreement has to be for a period of 7 months or longer.
