Isla Del Sol, St. Pete

It is shocking what the prices in Isla Del Sol have done this year. I just pulled the Comps on a typical condo in the Isla Del Sol area.  2 bedrooms 2 bath unit around 900 sf in Isla Del Sol and went back to May this year. The average price per sf. Is $230. Unbelievable, the prices were in a free fall the last couple of month. I do not know if you have ever been to St. Petersburg, Isla del Sol, but it is an awesome community, right on the Golf course sounded by water, very close to Fort de Soto and maybe I mile to St. Pete beach. Once you come to Isla del Sol, you feel like you are on a permanent vacation, lots of Palm tress, beautiful view onto Boca Ciega bay, tropical landscaping, incredible sunsets and on goes the list. If you just need a small unit or a second home, you have to check out Isla Del Sol first.

It truly is one of our most beautiful areas and I can not believe the prices right now.

Isla Del Sol

This little Island is awesome.

It is part of the City of St Petersburg and started in 1957

It features a world class Yacht and Country club.

In our area you usually find a mixture of tourists and residents, not in Isla Del Sol.

It seam to me that this place was build with only one thought in mind "VACATION" and they did a wonderful job.

Perfectly located right before St Pete beach, only two miles or so from Fort De Soto and only 30 minutes to the airport

How can you beat this?

Most of the condos are between 800 and 1200 sf and the prices start in the low 200.

You either have a water view or a golf course view. Yes, that is right a Golf course. The streets are lined with Palm trees and wonderful landscaping, there are lakes and fountains on the island and everything is just so clean and pretty. You will find great spots to fish or little beaches to swim, whatever you need on vacation you find it here.

Within minutes you are in St Pete beach or even downtown St. Petersburg or the Skyway Bridge - you pick and choose.
