I showed some condos in Point Brittany the other day. It is a gated 55 plus community right on Pinellas Bayay. Point BrittanyAs of today there are 29 condos for sale in Point Brittany.                                                         

 

 

The lowest one on the first floor is advertised for $97,000 and the highest one on the 12th floor is asking $285,000.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The values of the condos vary because of size. The smallest unit is a one bedroom one bath with 745 sf. and the biggest one is 1760 sf. Each unit has a little different view.
