The St. Pete Beach Community Center welcomes
instructor Ian Wallace who offers men and women of all ages a new holistic and highly effective workout.
Class includes Gung Fu coordination drills, stretching, breathing, self massaging and relaxation
techniques to complete the workout. The holistic workout brings your mind, body and Chi into balance.
Classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1:00pm at the Community Center,
7701 Boca Ciega Drive. Individual classes are $8.00 or you can pre‐purchase ten classes for $60, but
