And I guess the popcorn is sold out. I just left the office and I could not believe what I saw, or better what I did not see. Hardly any cars on the road, empty beach parking lots on a beautiful sunny day, nobody in the stores, Johns Pass looks like a "ghost town" What on earth is happening?
That very moment I got a call from one of my sellers, saying that this is really not a good time to show his house?! I was stunned; again, did I miss something? Well, apparently I did. St. Petersburg is suffering from a brand new illness, call BASEBALL FEVER.
Yes, that is right, just a few weeks ago St. Petersburg made the national news about nobody ever going to the games, nobody paying any attentions to the Devil Rays etc.
Now, overnight that all has change (and nobody told me) St. Pete is in a baseball fever.
I just hope they win; it was so nice to have the streets to myself.
As you can tell, I am totally clueless when it comes to baseball, is there anything else that I need to know?
What is next?
