What is wrong with Realtors?

I just do not get it.

What is so complicated about following up on a lead or answering your phone or returning a phone call, that a lot of Realtors just do not do it?

Don't tell me they are too busy, the ones that are actually selling property are the once that do answer their phones and respond to e mails and follow up. 

I just returned a call from a seller and when I asked how he found me, he said he had contacted a bunch of real estate agent but I was the only one that actually called him back.

It amazing how often I hear things like this from buyers or sellers.

What is wrong with people?

Why spend time and money and energy on advertising if you do not work your leads?

Does anybody understand this?  

Why not finish what you started?
