Thanks to Brian and Bobby Spaeth and Richard I went fishing last Sunday.

Fishing is really not my thing, but I got excited about being out on the water all day and just taking it easy. Little did I know . . . . ..  We left the marina at 5 AM yes, in the morning. I had to wake up when other people go to bed. Long story short, it was a beautiful day, I got home 13 hours later and No fish whatsoever not even cat food.

So, the fishing trip was not very successful but I saw the most awesome sunrise behind the skyway bridge and I want to share some photos with you.

Just a quick update on the prices.

Right now the lowest price unit in the Saint Pete Yacht and Tennis Club is $240,000

It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo about 1160 sf. one the 5th floor in the Constellation building and has a nice view over the clubhouse and east towards the sunrise.

The unit needs updating but has a lot of potential.

Waterfront Condos for sale in Point Brittany Saint Petersburg

I showed some condos in Point Brittany the other day. It is a gated 55 plus community right on Pinellas Bayay. As of today there are 29 condos for sale in Point Brittany.                                                         

The lowest one on the first floor is advertised for $97,000 and the highest one on the 12th floor is asking $285,000.

The values of the condos vary because of size. The smallest unit is a one bedroom one bath with 745 sf. and the biggest one is 1760 sf. Each unit has a little different view. It goes all the way from drop dead gorgeous  wide open water view to view over the parking area.

Point Brittany has a lot to offer, Tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, a long walk way along the water, fitness center, fishing dock, boat dock and on goes the list. This is also one of the condo complexes in Saint Petersburg that allows small pets and has a 90 day rental policy.

Most 2 bedroom 2 bath condos are about 1170 sf. and if they have a nice view they are around $200,000.

The bank should have all this information before your Realtor submits the first offer. The short sale process takes long enough already, do not add to the time but not submitting your paperwork. It is important and you will feel better once you have done it.

For everyone that thinks only the inland properties are hit by the housing market.

All this homes and condos are on the barrier islands and as you can see, most of the are on the water.

Right now we have some fantastic direct waterfront homes and condo here in Madeira beach and Redington beach. I personally like the 4 bedroom home on Sunray beach. It is a beauty, in great condition and a boaters dream. It has 2 big boat lifts and two jet ski lifts and a beautiful wide open water view. The asking price is $475,000. I can not imagine that it will be available for much longer. Once you see the home, you will fall in love with it.

What do you do?

Concrete driveway from property line to property line. How do you get your sign up?

There is NO way to put a post in the ground without damaging a new driveway of a $1,600,000 waterfront  home, at least that is what I was told.

Well, here is my solution, I admit, it does not look too great,                                                           but it is much better than having NO sign at all.
